If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or credit minus the shipping cost. Please see the information below for additional information.
Returns for Physical Products
You may return your unused product in its original condition and original packaging within 30
days of receipt. Products that have been written on or in, or altered or modified in any
way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds. If your item was received
damaged you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Beyond 30 days, Coaching Systems reserves the right to accept or deny returns on a case by case basis.
Returns for Digital Products
Returns for any digital products will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the authorization key has not been used to begin the course. Beyond 30 days, Coaching Systems reserves the right to accept or deny returns on a case by case basis.

Pack the items securely in the original box, and send them to the above address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Coaching Systems recommends that you use a shipping service that includes tracking. Coaching Systems is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
In the case of physical product, we will examine the materials once they arrive. After that, please allow up to 14 business days for your account to be refunded. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
